THE MANIFESTATION PROCESS
Manifest isn’t just the name of the event.
It is a deep intention channelled by Founder, Jess Miller.
One of the most powerful states for manifestation is when the body is moving and emotions are elevated. And let me guess.. there’s a certain place us doofers and ravers feel joy, love, gratitude, and deep connection… losing ourselves on a dancefloor, immersed in sound and community.
At Manifest, we intentionally work with this state.
Through gentle facilitation and embodied practices, you’ll be guided through a woven manifestation process. Not just a single meditation, but a journey that unfolds across the day. By opening the heart, regulating the nervous system, and cultivating elevated emotional states, we practice feeling the future we’re calling in the here and now.
The process is matched to the musical journey of the event:
Psy-dub to arrive in the body and ground
Progressive house to activate joy and connection
Techno to release blocks and enter hypnosis
Psychedelic trance to access expanded states and connect to future possibilities
We close with sound healing to support nervous system integration and cellular-level relaxation, followed by a grounding closing ritual.
